• Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to
improve its performance.
• Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming,

requirements and interfaces.

• Identify New clients on the system through Stars, epic nation interface (in house systems) .

• Connect the POS device to our servers through the VPN (Access point Network) .
• Preparing testing environment, and test new enhancement added to the POS .
• Prepare reports, and data analysis .

• Provide orientation to new users of existing technology .
