• Installs, configures and upgrades PC’s and servers operating systems and software, using standard business and administrative packages;
• Maintain site licenses for department/organization;
• Firewall administration and overall responsibility for company IT security;
• Provide desktop support to internal users including troubleshoots problems with computer systems, such as hardware and software, e-mail, network and peripheral equipment problems; makes repairs and corrections where required;
