o Designing and generating weekly and monthly statistical forecast reports.
o Maintain future Distribution plan for incoming Shipments according to Store needs and ranking.
o Make recommended adjustments to forecast and inventory targets based on changes in demand and market trends.
o Prepare, report, and communicate forecast and inventory measurements to management (forecast accuracy, inventory plan vs. targets).
o Follow the Shipments Status since Shipped from CDC to reach and received in the warehouse with logistic team.
o Prepare shipments status update report and share it with Concern Departments.
o Manage replenishment systems and set required parameters in order to optimize stock levels.
o Forecasting profits and sales, and optimizing the sales volume and profitability of designated product area.
o Analyzing every aspect of bestsellers (for example, the bestselling price points, colors or styles) and ensuring that bestsellers reach their full potential.
o Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans in conjunction with buyers.
o Working closely with visual display Manager and Area Managers to decide how goods should be displayed to maximize customer interest and sales.
o Monitoring slow sellers and taking action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary.
o Analyze and manage margin mix through stock turns & aged stock.
o Inspection All damage stock which coming from the Stores monthly wise.
o Producing layout plans for stores.
o Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting / inventory accuracy checks.
