Responsible for Sourcing and buying outdoor Lighting for 11 Stores.
o Analyzing Stock Sell through against the plan for each respective month.
o Responsible for ensuring sales are maximized through product availability.
o Budgeting as per the overall planned department margin and price negotiation.
o Build Strong Supplier relationships to ensure the business is fully supported to achieve its plans.
o Mark up & mark down as per the sales seasons.
o Maintaining the intake margin and clearing the stock during 100 days cycle.
o Re-order planning and merchandise allocation.
o Attending trade fairs to source the best product at the best price.
o Market & Competitor survey every month to understand the market trends & reasons for fluctuation in business (if any).
o Maintain Shipment tracker and follow up with Supplier and Our agent in China for in time sailing.
o Determine product specifications.
o Develop pricing strategies and product policies.
o Manage product-related support, feedback and inquiries from users.
o Use market feedback to inform product refinements and ongoing development.
