• Green River Video Surveillance in the New capital”.
Surveillance Technical Owner:
Responsible for implementation and the coordination with main contractors and consultant for CCTV system in the project to deliver submitted FOV to ACUD.
Designing of CCTV system to achieve the requirement of the owner.
Contractor in this project: (Hassan Allam & Orascom con. JV, Marasem, TMG, Redcon, Petrojet, Arab Contractors).
Consultant of this Project “DAR el Handasa”.

• Project 5000 “The new Opera House & the Art City in the New capital”.
Surveillance Technical Owner:
Responsible for implementation and the coordination with OC” Orascom”” for CCTV system in the project and designing of CCTV system to achieve the requirement of the owner and Consultant “ECG”.
Commissioning and adapting (Video stream and Network) in the VMS “video management system” to achieve submitted FOV.
Responsible for delivering Video Surveillance through VMS “PELCO Video Xpert” through Work stations in main and subsidiary control rooms.

• Alexandria City Traffic Surveillance:
Implementation & Maintenance Engineer:
Responsible for implementation & maintenance of CCTV and Wireless links for City surveillance for Alexandria city under the authority of “TRD” for the “Security Directorate of Alexandria”.

• GEM “Grand Egyptian Museum” and CC “conservation Center”.
Artifact system protection Technical Owner: Responsible for coordination and implementation under the authority of “MID” with BOJV for RFID & Laser Scanner system.

• Petrobel Broadband at Abo Redees (64+ sites).
LOS survey and installation of Pre Wimax links for making broadband in order to make IP phones & CCTV reachable for HQ.

• CIB Broadband (10+ branches).
Performing survey and installing Wimax links for making broadband for all sites in order to establish connectivity for all CIB branches all over Egypt.
• Power station linking at upper Egypt (65+ power station).
Deployment of communication room and installing Ericsson TN links and alignment & supervision on teams was my responsibility.
• Ministry of Interior (130+ sites).
PTP & PMP survey for linking CCTV in all streets & squares of Hurghada city. PTP & PMP survey for Linking CCTV in specific points in axis of Suez cities. PTP & PMP survey for linking traffic signs with Traffic HQ in Portsaied.
