Job Description:
System Administration Tasks
1- SharePoint 2010
Design forms with workflow using Microsoft InfoPath 2010 and Users Orientation
Projects : Survey For IT Department, Servers interactive Diagram, Object Track,
Infra. web site, Print Out from Assets
2- System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager \[SCCM2012 R2\]
Install Primary SCCM site \[FA\]and secondary Site\[HO\] and install Client
Awareness of all SCCM 2012 reports and Design reports based on business needs,
Ensure client functionality on all machines and preparing applications to be run
Through SCCM 2012
Create a Task Sequence to Install an Existing Operating System Image Package for
Laptop Latitude 5440 i7 and i5, Laptop Latitude 3440, Laptop Lenovo Thinkpad L440
i5, Desktop Lenovo Thinkcenter M93 Mini and Desktop Dell OptiPlex 7010
3- Backup & Recovery using Backup exec 2012
Monitor, Create, Maintain, Taking a manual backup in case of backup failure
4- MS Exchange Server 2007
Create and Maintain user account
5- Domain Controller
Configure PGO, Create, maintain and update users & computers details
6- GFI Lan Guard
Monitor the network security scanning for vulnerability scanner assessment Network
Auditing
7- Upgrade Aimetis Symphony for farm/server and client from 6.5.10 to 6.9.0
8- Service Desk
Monitor all calls and to ensure having all calls stick to IT workflow Enter Customer
Complaint Using Service Desk \[SharePoint From\], Follow up Complete call logs,
Produce call reports, Identify and escalate Priority issues
9- Software
Monitor the Software Licenses and assign for required business need

Infrastructure Tasks
1- Backup User Profiles, Install windows XP-SP3, Join to DC over then 250 Machines
Then Migration to Windows 7
2- Install MS Office 2007 then Migration to MS Office 2010.
3- Operator the Forefront Anti-Virus, E-mail, OCS, SCOM, File Server.
4- Communicate with other departments to report and resolve software,
Hardware and operations problems.
5- Configures user accounts and outlook rules
6- First line of troubleshooting & maintenance.
7- Identify research and resolve technical problems.
8- Maintains Cisco Phones Infrastructure.
9- Respond to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for assistance.
10- Troubleshoot & install network equipment.
11- Troubleshoot & Installing Printers, Computer hardware, Switches.
12- Troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook Problem.
13- Troubleshoots hardware, software, peripheral, and OS Performance issues.
14- Implement policies and procedures related to hardware and software Support,
Security, and back up \[ NS IT Policy \]
15- Management and Contact with “LINK dot NET” to Solved POP3 User Accounts And
Attached PST file to Users after Join To Domain and Configure Out of Office
