Main responsibilities:
- Assist Corporate QHSE director in auditing and monitoring quality
through our affiliates: (GKSA. M.O.G, INDIA AND EGYPT) to
ensure that Quality in all Gandour affiliates is within the set norms
and standards.
- Part of project management team, where my role is to ensure the
alignment project financial performance versus the budget, track and
ensure projects execution against its schedule and against phase gate
review, ensure that the projects are developed and delivered to meet
company's quality standards and mutual agreed requirements
- Generate a monthly statistics reports showing performance
improvement based on production, quality, yield, efficiency reports
generated from each affiliates.
- Propose, implement and monitor measures necessary to comply with

- Consult with senior managers and other line managers and give
appropriate advice on formulating best-practice policies and
procedures.
Corporate QA/R&D specialist at Gandour

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist Corporate R&D and QA Director in planning activities and
required resources to accomplish the different tasks ofR&D.
- Generate technical information related to and required by current or
on-going projects.
- Through the Corporate R&D and QA Director, provide technical
assistance to the affiliate QA Manager in terms of performing
specific project studies related to quality/productivity improvement,
cost reduction, test methods and shelf life improvement.
- Assist Corporate R&D and QA Director in preparing and issuance of
new and updated formulations and manufacturing procedures to
affiliate QA Managers.
- Assist Corporate R&D and QA Director in preparing R&D budgets
and acquisition of related equipment.
- Prepare periodic R&D activities and progress reports.
- Train and develop R&D staff skills.
- Visit occasionally different manufacturing plants where new products
will be developed and produced. Makes observations, recommends
corrective measures/next steps to affiliate QA Manager during the
phase I to IV development process.
Coordinates with external parties for calibration of equipment and
updates calibration records.
