* Administrating IP telephony using Digium Switchvox SMB system with SIP support and unified communication with Call recording, IVR, Call queue and converged mobile features.

* Administrating HP-DP (HP Data Protection) and Symantec Backup Exec Systems with HP autoloader tape library for data recovery and disaster recovery.
