• Strategically planning and managing Stock, logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
• Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
• Supervise, coach and train logistic and warehouse workforce.
• Meet cost, productivity and accuracy and timeliness targets.
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
• Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.

• Control stock including ROP Level and ensuring accurate stock rotation.
• Auditing stock accuracy against information on the stock management system.
• Highlighted any stock issues and minimize stock holding.
• Ensure investigation and correction of negative stock quantities.
• Ensure correct posting of stock adjustment.
• Ensure correct processing of stock write off.
• Develop and document operation processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Prepare the annual budget for Logistics with forecasts on as requested basis.
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
• Manage the processing, control and shipment of all sales orders, the product purchasing functions and all related warehouse transport and forwarding activities.
• Ensure effective and efficient communication, both internal and external,
is established for inventory and sales order related transactions, enquirers
and records.
• Attending meetings with auditees to develop an understanding of business processes.
• Travelling to different sites to meet relevant staff and obtain documents and information.
• Researching and assessing how well risk management processes are working and recording the results using software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Performing risk assessments on key business activities and using this information to guide what to cover in audits.
• Anticipating emerging issues through research and interviews and deciding how best to deal with them.
• Providing support and guidance to management on how to handle new opportunities
• Agreeing recommendations with relevant staff members to make improvements to operations and helping to secure backing for them in meetings.
• Preparing reports to highlight issues and problems and distributing the reports to the relevant people.
• Assessing how well the business is complying to rules and regulations and informing management whether any issues need addressing.
• Managing a variety of stakeholders and their expectations through regular communications.
• Involved in auditing assignments in large organizations in different fields including: real estate, manufacturing and Oil & Gas companies.
• Performing preliminary planning including understanding client's business, accounting process.
• Performing test of controls, control analysis forms and walkthroughs.
• Performing substantive testing including analytical procedures and tests of details.
• Reviewing and preparation of financial statements and financial statements disclosures.
