- Responsible for Technical / Engineering delivery of proposals for assigned tenders.
- Thoroughly review tender documents which includes design documents, drawings, specifications, calculations etc. and clearly define the scope of project.
- Assist the line management in tender technical risk assessment and making risk mitigation strategies.
- Prepare technical submittals as per the requirement which includes (but not limited to) methods, plans, method of statement and commissioning plans etc.
- Technical evaluation of vendor packages and proposals.
- Development of alternative technical proposals as and when required.
- Involving in all post tender activities till contract award with consultant/client.

- Preparation, design/review drawings of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, earthing and lightning protection.
- Preparing electrical load calculations and analysis in connections with field and office assignments.
- Preparing single line/schematic diagram, cabling, conduit, cable trays, ladder and trunking layout, equipment arrangement layout, MCC Panel schedules, cables and breaker sizing.
- Obtaining approval for design drawings & material submittal from client and consultant.
- Following up approvals with authorities like ADDC, ADSSC, ADM, DM and DEWA.
- Preparation of work in progress reports.
- To submit timely project progress and status report to the Managing Director and the Project Coordinator.
- To ensure compliance with all testing & commissioning and handing over formalities as may be required under the Contract.
- Oversee projects during the construction, installation, testing and commissioning period.
- Coordinating with the client, suppliers and subcontractors and supervising assigned Engineers on each specific work.
- Preparation of integrated plan for each project, review and manage the necessary budget and schedule of works.
- Preparation and compile documents such as material submittals, drawings for electrical and mechanical layouts, process flow diagram, process and instrumentation diagram, control philosophy documents.
- Coordinate, inspect, and check site construction, material and equipment delivery.
- Report the update and progress of works and coordinate with client, contractors, suppliers and other departments related to project.
- Evaluate data and provide immediate solution and corrective actions on process related issues encountered during operation of the water - waste water plants.
- Preparation of necessary documents such as operation and maintenance manual for specific project.
- Develop plans to ensure that engineer are suitable inducted and receive formal and site specific training to take over the works after completion of commissioning.
- Represent the company during meeting with the client, develop and maintain excellent relationship.

- Material and Manpower planning.
- To make sure the site works are executed complying the standards and local Regulations.
- Supervise and inspect first fix for all electrical activities.
- Site supervision of erection jobs.
- Installation of the pressure, level and flow instruments as per manufacturer recommendations.
- Installation of the Fire Alarm and Fire Extinguishing System as per manufacturer.
- Performs visual inspection for final fix.
- Performs Megger test for panel boards.
- Conducting Function test for MDB, SMDB, DB & MV, LV switchgear.
- Conducting continuity check of control cables for PLC & RTU.
- Continuity and Megger test for power cables.
- Earth pit cables continuity test.
- Ensure that workers follow environmental, safety and health programs.
