Information Systems Department (ISD), responsible for testing and debugging in-house developed applications, reporting the functionality of the programs generated, making sure that the programmed modules adhere to the Scope and Vision set and approved by ISD and the client (user).

Schedules in-house training sessions to teach and familiarize users to implement, utilize and supervise the developed modules.

Documents of in-house developed applications as Users' Guide (User Manual).

Prepares Studies/Questionnaires for identifying the training needs for all personnel performing activities relating to the company's computer establishment such as MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and MS Access.

In Response to the feedback received from Company Department's requesting their needs, an evaluation is prepared to evaluate & establish the needed program to provide continuous training to the concerned personnel.

As an IS QA Specialist, additional responsibilities and tasks are stipulated as follows and taken care off as related to in-house developed programs:
Checks System Procedures, if any, and see if they are applicable to specific situations such as assigning documents like a Purchase Requisitions or Store Demand and Issue Vouchers.

Checks existence of Company Procedures that provide guidelines & detailed description of the responsibilities, functions and working methods for all Departments/Sections dealing. For instance the Work-flow of a Purchhase Requisition from Originator till Final Approval passing through intermediate stages.

As a Product Manager for eHRMS (Electronic Human Resources Management System) and NPS (NPCC Payroll System), is responsible for issuing the Vision and Scope for the newly developed systems, making sure that the product is as per Vision & Scope.

Replaced the Vocational Training Specialist in the Learning and Development section. Liason between Trainees & City&Guilds classes, Vocational Training in Yard (Fab&Wel) & Plant
