1- Receipt of inventory from (main warehouse, commercial containers ... etc.) in addition to checking and ensuring that shipments are matched and recorded in the company's accounting system.
2- Checking received materials (quality, quantities, operating numbers, specifications ... etc.)
3- Managing the storage space and determining storage methods according to the company's safety guidelines and procedures.
4- Ensure that the materials received are in good condition upon receipt, and that the materials received are recorded on the system (Goods Receipt Form).
5- Maintaining (receipt documents) recorded on the system and archiving them.
6- Responsible for loading and disbursing orders and handling the preparation of delivery and receipt documents
7- Count and check the issued materials (quantities, batch number, specifications, etc.) against the delivery documents.
8- Ensure that the materials issued are in good condition, packed and on appropriate pallets as per customers' requests
9- Exchange and shipment of goods according to the company's policy
10- Responsible for tasks related to warehouse and inventory. Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and security in the warehouse
11- Periodic inspections (shelves, pallets, etc.) and changing the damaged or defective
