1. Responsible for improving all products families through study it, redesign, perform researches
and testing the product concepts then validate these improvements.
2. Leads the design and development of new products and product engineering and applies.
3. Follow up with customer service department to collect and analysis costumers’ complaints and
get the root reasons for these issues using “Fish bone” analysis and work to solve it.
4. Participate with marketing team in preparing the detailed Data sheets, Installation instructions
and Catalogues…etc. for different company products.
5. Study the Egyptian market requirements and study the local and global competitors then
compare it with our products using “SWAT” analysis.
6. Using (2D, 3D) software (Solidworks Dassault Systems) to making any necessary
modifications through development projects period.
7. Study the new global manufacturing technologies which can be used in our factories.

1. Responsible for handle all technical costumer requirements in project through preparing
technical drawing, calculate cost and discuss any modifications with costumer.
2. Provide the production department with workshop drawing, cut list, BOM & routing sheet. etc.
3. Co-operate with production engineers to handle any technical issue during production Process.
4. Coordinate with purchasing department to get most proper specifications raw material and
other purchasing parts.
5. Provide the quality department with critical points which should took into consider when they inspect

1. Prepare detailed production plans to ensure that customer delivery time will be achievable.
2. Co-ordinate with different departments to ensure that resources, required materials, tools,
machines will be available at suitable time for smooth starting new order.
3. Handle overlapped orders to avoid alternative resources therefore minimized the cost.
4. Troubleshooting the sudden impacts on plan e.g. machine breakdowns, customer claims or late
in materials arrivals, etc.).
