• Maintain and monitor all vacancies around the Kingdom.
• Coordinate with the pressing agencies to publish adverts.
• Prepare & maintain the process flow charts.
• Follow up with the overseas agencies the recruitment status.
• Coordinate with the Head Hunters to provide us with the needed manpower.

• Scheduling candidates for signing contracts.
• Provide the candidates (employees) with full explanations regarding the contract articles while signing the contract.
• Entering all the new employees to the ORACLE system.
• Organize all the necessaries for the director (e.g. booking flights, hotels …etc.)
• Organize the meeting for the department.
• Arrange the necessaries for visitors.
• Deal with the Personal Department to renew the Iqamas for the factory employees.
• Issuing timesheets for the factory employees.
• Order the machines brochures.
• Order samples.
• Filing.
• Replace the receptionist during his absence.
• Using the office machines (Fax & Photocopier).
• Typing letters in Arabic & English.
• Handle a monthly Petty Cash.
• Sending DHL.
• Follow up traveling requests for factory employees.
• Arrange invitation letters and send them to the Saudi Embassies out of the Kingdom.
• Arrange hotel reservations.
