Direct daily operations and business plan implementation of the company’s Dubai Branch of the company which is engaged in the business of Distribution of International Brands Range of Photocopiers & Variable Data printing/(MPS/MDS) Managed print/Documents services/ Document Management System / Audio Visual /Visible Archiving Solution . Fully accountable to the Area Manager to provide visibility and monitor productivity. Work directly with the Area Manager to set both strategic and operational goals and objectives for the Branch
•Full responsibility for the commercial management of the Branch including strategic & tactical planning, financial, sale & marketing, business development, human resources, including, P & L performance functions.
•Direct responsibility for achieving Revenue Budget set and agreed with the Management including profitability forecast including the preparation and implementation of annual operational plan with business management.
• Planned and executed comprehensive sales, marketing & business development strategy aimed at increasing market share, growth • Responsible for coordinating the with the Marketing Team on marketing activities such as Special Schemes, Rebates, Events, Visual Merchandising, promotional activity, media, arranging Seminars and Training for Dealers and Sales Team, Gondolas & Podiums in major Outlets.
• Maintained market share of products and business development by analyzing and cross checking competitors’ activity.
