- Record information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts and make the required reports
- Answer customer questions regarding problems with their accounts
- The collection of checks and dealing with banks and customers
- Process remittance information from checks, drafts and wire transfers for invoices provided by vendors, reviewing instructions accompanying items to determine proper disposition and crediting accounts in accordance with standard procedures.
Ensures safe operation in his area of concern.
-Assumes other duties as assigned by area management.
-Receiving the raw materials & evaluate the storage conditions.
-Cash handling for all receipts and payments by cash, cheques and visa. Issue receipt / payment voucher.
