Responsible for heading & supporting the team consist of 2 Junior Engineers and 4 Draughtsman for preparing Landscape (Hardscape) shop drawings, concrete, reinforcement & infrastructure civil works shop drawing
-- Infrastructure Works
o Trenches layout, and bedding details of all underground utilities
o Manholes, chambers, sump pits, Gully Traps, inspection Pits concrete details and reinforcement details
• Checking and monitoring underground utilities shop drawings received from the MEP sub-contractor
• Arranging the meetings for coordination between subcontractors and engineering team
- Concrete Works:-
o Walls-retaining wall, planter walls
o Slabs-slab on grade, ramps, concrete band
o Hardscape Structures-pavilions, pergolas, staircases, water feature, landscape steps
o Landscape Foundations-light poles, car shades, road signs
o Precast Concrete tiles shop drawings with tiles cutting list
Responsible for heading the Engineering Department for the following:-
* 1 No. Under Ground Parking 15345 m2
- Concrete & Reinforcement Works (Shoring,
Piling, Raft Slab, Walls, Columns, slabs…etc.)
- Finishes ( Epoxy Paint, Block & Plaster Works,
Signage and Way finding, Ceramic Tiles, Paint,
Ceiling, Wood & Metal Doors, Traffic Marking ….
Etc.)
- MEP services (Drainage, Earthing, HVAC, Fire
Alarm, Fire Fighting, Sanitary Works, Vanity
Counters …. Etc.)
* 8Nos. Kiosks
- Concrete & Reinforcement Works (Isolated
Foundations, Tie Beams, Slab on Grade,
Columns, Slabs..etc.)
- Finishes (Block & Plaster, Aluminium Cladding,
Canopies, Louvers, Ceiling, Cement Boards
….etc.)

-Landscape Foundations:- Light Poles, Car shades, Flag Poles,
Road Signs
-Precast Concrete tiles shop drawings with tiles cutting list
•Checking Concrete and Reinforcement shop drawings before
submission to the Engineer
•Ensure and Coordinate the Concrete shop drawings with
Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical shop drawings
•Coordinating submission of shop drawings with planning
schedule
•Organize Meetings for coordination between subcontractors
and engineering team
Coordination
•Coordinating infrastructure utilities with Hardscape (Storm
Water, Sewerage, Fire Fighting, Irrigation, Chilled Water,
132KV, 11KV)
•Coordinating of Helipad concrete slab with:-
-Grading levels, MEP utilities, Lighting approach
•Coordinating Precast concrete shop drawings of Boundary Wall
(Foundations, Beams, Columns, Panels, and Coping ) with:-
-Stone Cladding, GRC items, Grading levels, Up-lights
•Studying and checking Roads shop drawings done by
subcontractor against design drawings in terms of
-Setting out, Curb stone layout and details, Spot levels, Road
finishes and layers
•Studying Marine works by subcontractor (Marine Curb, Quai
Bollard)
•Coordinating with subcontractor works as follow
-Metal:- Handrails, Balustrades, Car Shade
-Marine Curb
-GRC Works(Pavilion, Pergola, Decorative Planter,
-Elevators
-Water Feature Finishes
-Softscape:- Palms, Trees, Shrubs, Ground covers, Gravels
-Hardscape:- Limestone cladding, Granite tiles, Precast
concrete tiles
Preparing and Checking Structural Shop Drawings of Concrete & Reinforcement.
Submission of Shop Drawings to The Engineer.
Preparing Combined Service Drawings (Drainage, Earthing, Lightening ……)
Coordination with other Disciplines (Arch., Mech., Elcet. ……) .
Coordination with Site Team.
Preparing Structural Shop Drawings of concrete elements
Bar Schedule for Reinforcement.
Studying all the details of shop drawings, design drawings & inform the site staff (for construction)
Inspection / checking of construction work at site
Inspection requests for municipality
Q.C ( Coordinate with the Consultant for the Inspection Request)
Q.S for all the items & Preparing the Subcontractor Payments
Preparing and checking Structural Shop Drawings for Concrete elements.
Checking Bar Pending schedule.
Coordination between Structural and Architectural and Electromechanical Drawings.
Preparing Structural Shop Drawings for Concrete elements. Preparing Bar Pending schedule.
