تطوير سياسات الموارد البشرية والإجراءات المتعلقة بتخطيط القوى العاملة التوظيف والتطوير الوظيفي وتخطيط الإجراءات التأديبية .
تصميم وتنفيذ السياسات بما يساعد على تحسين بيئة العمل.
إعداد والإشراف على تنفيذ الأدلة التنظيمية والادلة الاجرائية.
بالإضافة إلى باقي المهام الإعتيادية .
The most prominent tasks:
• Put and Develop annual training plans for staff in collaboration.
• Design of training bags for staff of the company.
• Development of KPIs.
• Follow up the work of the HR and Administration Affairs departments.
• Create and develop HR departments for companies of group.
• Participate in the development of key objectives of the company .
• Supervisor of ORACLE Cloud HCM project.
• Implementation of Quality Plans for HR Department.
• Put recommendations and solutions for HR Policies and procedures
• Follow up all contracts and Insurances
• Updating and editing the regulations of the work (salaries, benefits)
• Preparing the list of services for HR, (SLA - HR).
استفدت كثيرا من تخصصي بالجامعة ولكن الأستفادة الأكبر هيا ممارستي للعمل فعليا في نفس التخصص مما زاد قدرة مهاراتي المهنيه والعلميه
