• Prepared and analyzed comparative cash flow statement (budget against actual).
• Finalization & Analysis of financial statement extracted from computerized accounting software for company management and future planning.
• Performed banks reconciliations.
• Used ERP System for accounts preparation.
• Monitored & oversaw all users of Accounting software including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Petty Cash disbursement, Payroll, Fixed Assets Control, and banking functions.

• Monitors the financial activity on assigned programs and prepares expenditure reports for program managers as needed.
• Reviews accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations and makes or directs correcting entries.
• Prepares, maintains control, and is responsible for subsidiary accounting records involving a variety of transactions and accounts.
• Provide Professional Accounting work related to the preparation and maintenance of financial records.
• Authorized as acting Finance Manager in the absence of the Manager
• Prepares the preparation of audits and varied fiscal reports
• Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time by Finance Manger.
