• Collaborated with RTP staff, overseeing capacity building initiatives, budget management, and quality control for Education, PSS, Sports, Entrepreneurship, Career guidance, Neuroscience, and Psychomotricity projects.
• Provided targeted training and coaching to Field Facilitators and Coach Trainers on RTP resources and play-based methodologies.
