Job Description: Amman New Custom Project
This project was owned by the Ministry of Public Works and Housing.
The 440, 000 Sqm site was planned to handle in-gong, out-going, and transit movement . The site comprises large areas of open yards for parking, queuing, inspections and storage, in addition to a group of concrete buildings, and steel structure storage facilities, of the total built-up area of 46670 m2. The area of open yards and roads is 153000 m2.
Review and analyze design drawings and documents for the project
Follow up\ shop drawings and material submittals process and approvals
Doing required coordination with company personals, assigned Sub-contractors & supervision teem to insure smooth work flow
Doing required coordination with all suppliers to prepare comparison sheets and\or purchase orders\ follow up the material delivery schedule, handling and storge on site
Leading my teem of engineers and technicians on site for the daily activity
Doing required office works, daily and progress reports\ coordination with planning engineer to update the master time schedule for the project
Witness all inspection and tests and handover the works for supervision engineers
Doing the Variation Orders and claims with full detail and required analyses
Doing the monthly invoice with all supporting documents and discuss it with the supervision engineer \ quantity surveyor
Attend all required meetings on site
Follow up all data control \ archive process

Follow up the existing projects to insure proper coordination our personal
and our contractors and\or supervision teem if existed
Leading my teem of engineers to prepare Price analyses and price
Estimation for internal and external projects
Follow up works with the company existing maintenance department to
support them technically and to guide them financially

Verifies that materials, manufactured goods, machinery, equipment, etc supplied to the job site are in line with projects specification and granted approvals.
Ensures that the mechanical drawings are in line and coordinated with other discipline design drawings of the project.
Site Inspection for mechanical work/installations and ensures that the carried out works are in compliance with contract drawings and documents.
