A: Managerial reports:-
• Preparing Quarterly Board Reports that outline the company’s performance, ratio analysis, and trends.
B: Budgeting and forecasting:-
• Reviewing and coordinating with the relevant departments for the preparation of the budget.
• Reporting on a monthly basis the variances between the actual performance and the budget.
• Periodic maintenance of rolling forecast model (Consolidated and Stand-alone).
C: Cash Management:-
• Find sources of funding to meet the needs of the company.
• Prepare the facility position report.
• Prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annually cash flows projection for the company’s future plans.
• Ensure the optimal utilization of the available cash balances in coordination with all relevant departments.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annually YTD variance cash flows report.
• Report and publish the Daily Cash Statement for the Top Management.
D: Financial modeling / Ad hoc reports:-
• Ensure the optimal utilization of the company assets to be in line with strategic ROA (Optimal profitability).
• Monthly Investment performance report.
• Weekly reviewing property department performance.

Using my expertise in:-
A: Financial modeling and Planning, by provide Ad-hoc financial analysis to support business objectives through:-
• Create automatic new KPI’s financial models for all subsidiaries monthly selection Act. Vs. Bud. Or LYR.
• Create accounting system linked with reporting system for Alsouq activity (new project).
• Consolidate all subsidiaries operating budget excels in one.
• Prepare advance 3 year business plan based on management & HoD assumptions.
• Develop MIS reports by linking actual extraction with budget excel & KPI’s graphs for presentations automatically.
• Acting as database & financial administrator for the new ERP software implementation.
B: Budgeting and forecast:-
• Involved in the annual budget preparation, and monitor throughout the year.
• Identify emerging trends to the market in order to revise Budget.
• Periodic maintenance of rolling forecast model (Consolidated and Divisional).
• Prepare Cash flow projection for the coming year (Direct method).
C: Financial analysis and reporting:-
• Prepare KPI’s and maintain it for the purpose of departmental performance evaluation (Act. Vs. Budget).
• Develop integrated revenue/expense analysis, projections, reports, and presentation.
• Support decision making by graphs and ratio analysis by activity on a weekly basis.
• Costing analysis, Revenue share (intercompany) analysis allocation based on subsidiaries agreements.
• Perform complex analytical activities as per request. (Ad hoc reports).
• Prepare monthly consolidation and executive financial package (MIS) (Act. Vs. Budget).
• Support investment decisions by what if scenarios and capital budgets for any upcoming investment.
• Acting as a financial manager to one of our subsidiaries for Alsouq Magazine.
Key Functions: SAP Implementation - Internal audit system - Fixed Assets Management - Analyze business processes.
SAP Implementation:
• Test after training & Preparing Manual on PowerPoint for all Processes on SAP.
• Works closely with the User Subject Matter Experts, user community, other SAP business analysts, SAP development team and other team members on IT projects.
• Designs processes, implementation, and ongoing enhancements for the overall SAP FICO Module.
• Provides training and mentoring to others in the company related to area of expertise
• Defines and implements best business practices, adhering to the business standards for the FICO functional processes
• Translates business requirements into detailed functional specifications, test scripts, and other system documentation while adhering to company standards
• Identifies costs, benefits, risks, and alternatives in proposed system designs and their impact on the integration with other systems and SAP modules
• Performs SAP configuration to support changing and new business needs.
• Troubleshoots application problems and proposes optimal resolutions.
• Supports for monthly and year-end activities.

Role Description:
A:- Senior Fixed Assets Accountant (Nov 2011 - Jan 2013) (1.5 Years) (Promotion)
• Perform FA closing process (Depreciation, Reconciliation, Analysis, Reports, etc).
• Update master data of FA register based on Acquisition, Transfer, Disposal, Idle & Physical count.
• Review for all FA actual receiving in all locations (Plants & DCs) on SAP.
• Prepare monthly report of AUC statues and send it to Ops team to reply on each item should be FA or still in AUC Account, to be applied on SAP (FA Settlement).
• Reconcile B/W FA Module & GL Module.
• Run monthly depreciation after reviewing the new additions and retirements.
• Testing COSO internal controls Manual & Configurable (check SAP configurations for FI-Co).
• Prepare Analysis, Reports, Cause of change for related B/S accounts.
• Tracking civil work invoices, follow up with supplier & engineers.
• Calculate Construction engineering consulting fees invoices and send it to AP Team.
• Change Fiscal year every year Via T.Code (AJRW).
B:- GL Accountant (June 2010 - Oct 2011) (1.5 Year)
• Inter-company transactions, Analysis & Reconciliations.
• Accrued expenses for all plants & DCs’ transactions, Aging & Track actual invoices.
• Payroll recording entries & reconciliation.
• Record costing monthly adjustments.
• GAAP vs. Local Trial Balance Reconciliations PTD & YTD.
• Prepare external auditor (KPMG) requirements.
• Internal control: Testing related COSO controls (Manual & Configurable).
• Prepare the trial balance report with the analysis, cause of change for all related B/S accounts to submit to finance team.
