-Production Procedures: Ensuring production procedures are implemented to meet #UGHI quality, efficiency and delivering target.
-Quality Assurance: Ensure that raw materials and manufacturing processes conform to the company specifications and quality standards.
-Team Leadership: Assists in full utilization of production manpower technicians improved production output and maintaining product quality.
-Continuous Improvement: Monitors production costs by efficiently use of resources (raw materials, packing materials, cleaning materials, tools, etc). Initiates proposals for reducing the general running costs. Serves as safety representative, including coordination of safety training needs, assisting with
safety audits, facilitating compliance with standards and maintaining related safety records.
