• Automation of Egypt Notarization Offices Project.
Development of an automated system for Egypt’s notarization offices began in 2002 as a pilot project in four offices. The success of this pilot with the advantages of reducing transaction time, and improving work flow and work environment, led to extend the project to 100 offices out of 500 notarization offices all over the Country. \[In cooperation with ministry of justice (MOJ)\].
• CRM for ECA Project.
Providing, planning, implementation, testing activities and post-deployment support a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System for Egyptian Competition Authority (ECA) in order to automate the business process for ECA which facilitate and enhance the workflow process and provide fast response.
• ERP for HIO Project.
Providing, planning, implementation, testing activities and post-deployment support an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for Health Insurance Organization (HIO) in order to automate the business process for HIO which facilitate and enhance the workflow process and provide fast response.

Study and Research about the Cloud Computing Technology and how it can be useful for MCIT projects and all the Government projects.

• Installing “Tower Mounted Amplifiers” (TMA) for coverage enhancement for Vodafone-Egypt in 5 sites.
