It is real estate company, and I am in charge of all actovities of procurement, logistics, warehouse, and transportation

Incharge for all activities of operation and sales as well as transportation

Manage all the fleet department issues, prepare policies, kpi, procedures, code of ethics and conduct, arrange all aspects for all branches in Saudi Arabia for food material

Responsible for all procurement activities and tendering for all projects as well and bidding

In-charge for all stores of the company included : Raw material w/h, Finished goods stores, Copper store, Spare parts stores and Administration store , include all the related activities of receiving, issuing and storing all items along with following all the movement of the material from the moment it comes as raw material until it transferred to be finished good and sent to customer
Monitoring, Controlling, and storing system is the main objectives of managing the stores, with more than 170 people
And creating link system with all related departments to monitor and control the movement of items

 Responsibilities:
1-Purchase with low prices considering the quality.
2-Co-ordinate between departments and what they need
and suppliers.
3- Arrange and organize the purchasing department process
4- Monitoring the stock in warehouse
5- Supervise all activities in the department including the
vendor management.
6- Supervise all activities of the warehouse.

Achievement:
1- Purchase in bulk quantities, with optimum price.
2-Adding 36 new suppliers yearly.
3-Arrange training courses with suppliers to our engineers.
4- Arrange purchasing materials considering the stock
movement and the budget of the departments.
5- Sharing in making access programs for invoices and
Directory of suppliers address.
6- Minimize the cash purchase, and increase the credit.
Purchase amount with 60% and terms of payment to
90 Days.
7- Dealing with 100 purchase order daily.
8- Working with ERP : BAAN, and trainer on SAP
9- Implementing code of ethics and conduct
10- Implementing the strategy and policies of purchasing
11- Approving all Contracts within the view of the strategy
and goals of the firm.
12- Manages the contract function, subcontract
administration, and change orders, ensure that company
fulfils all obligations associate with the terms &
conditions of the contracts.
13- Managing change order and the claim of the contracts with
the team of work, and to give the update progress and
performance to the management periodically.

14- Implementing the audit required to the functions of the
contracts to fulfill the smoothness process of the work.
15- Controlling all the receipt of the materials and issuing
through the warehouse

leading the team work in the factory, supervising the lab, quality auditing, developing the products quality and making the researchs needed, managing the daily and monthly plan products for all the production lines
