• Attends initial Project kick-off and Project status meetings.
• Involved with the RFP, Scope of Work, Project Charter & Project Management Plan.
• Ensures that the Sponsor and other Key stakeholders have accurate and up to date project data.
• Responsible for safe delivery of projects to schedule and cost.
• Manage Project Teams from project initiation through to Project completion.
• Providing leadership to internal project teams and clients.
• Manage the Project costs and create monthly reports, including profit and loss.
• Manage the project on budget and to the timeline.
• Serve as primary day-to-day point of contact for client engagements
• Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the client’s day-to-day project manager and senior sponsors
• Manage scope creep and other program risks; anticipate and address issues before they occur.
• Monitor project and prepare regular status reports
• Maintaining customer relationship to achieve long-term retention & satisfaction.
• Reporting project progress to a project sponsors & senior management.
• Identifying project risks and planning with appropriate people to resolve them.
• Document any business requirements for specific initiatives/projects
• Evaluate project outcomes in terms of quality, consistency, accuracy, overall value, completion dates and provider performance.
Individual and organization change management
• Playing a pivotal role as an ICT Project Engineer, assisting with both Project Forecasting and other technical project activities as well as being accountable for reviewing, identifying and resolving any engineering problems that arise.
• Initiating and engaging in co-ordination meetings with project stakeholders to gather their network requirements and optimize the network design/services accordingly.
• Responsible for the high design review of Airport Data Networks in KAIA development project.
• Monitoring the progress of contracting companies; following up with both internal and external engineers working on the KAIA project; keeping senior management up-to date on a weekly / daily basis.
• Handling the internal and external coordination for network requirements with system owners, contractors and engineers, including security systems (CCTV, SACS, FA and PA), Auxiliary Systems (IPTV and AV) plus Airlines.
• Reviewing and validating material submittals, network inspection and testing plans, commissioning plans, operation and maintenance manuals and all other network documentation as required.
• Participating in subcontractor meetings in order to resolve engineering and management project issues.
• Work with Product Management and Marketing to help define / refine sales messages and ensure sales packages are developed and messages communicated to sales team.
• Ensure that the Pre-Sales resources evolve in line with the Marketing Message and Sales Teams stated requirements.
• Production of responses to Requests for information and Requests for pricing
• Work with Sales personnel to provide product, business and technical knowledge in support of pre sales activities.
• Liaison with Product Managers and Development to understand details of product direction and design and communicate information back to sales organization.
• Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs etc.
• Responsible for staying on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.
