Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver training to the new comers about Product Knowledge and System then evaluate them using Quiz and practical test.
- Report a detailed feedback about all trainees to the manager and follow up their quality result.
- Handle customer complains which need more advanced knowledge.
- Validate the unsolved cases before sending it to the (2nd Level) support team.
Working as a first line support Engineer to TE data network
Roles and Responsibilities
- Receiving and opining customer complain tickets.
- Conducting 1st level troubleshooting steps with customer, and updating the ticketing system with results.
- Checking and adjusting line profile on the DSLAM.
- Using Alcatel Network Analyzer to identify DSLAM line integrity.
- Conducting line test on the Exchange side.
- Escalating unsolved cases to the (2nd Level) support team.
- Assure customer satisfaction by Following up with customers on solved tickets.
As a Technical Support Engineer, I was responsible for preparing and wining the following bids:
- Silicon fabrication Lab.
- Photometry lab.
- Body motion detection and simulation Lab
- Fiber Optics Lab.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare the RFB specification list.
- Prepare the list of manufacture equipment compliance to start RFQ
- Contact manufactures asking for Quotations
- Negotiate best Price to maintain the project budget frame.
- Hand over a detailed report on short listed suppliers to support Management decision.
