Manage and assign daily tasks and projects to the corporate technical team consisting of 14 technical engineers for 12 ongoing jobs.
 Shop drawings preparation. Collaborate with authorities to obtain building permits, construction NOC’s, Civil Defence inspections and certificates.
 Regularly attend technical meetings with clientele and consultants to review projects, monitor deadlines, finalize change orders, and answer questions.

Reviewed designs and completed studies conducted by consultants to identify discrepancies and
mismatches between architectural, structural, MEP and ID drawings. Ensured designs adhered to technical
requirements and standards. Prepared letters, RFI’s, and appropriate notices.

Created shop drawings, technical queries, resolved issues, and developed working drawings for site work.
Provided assistance in estimating variance work orders and oversaw subcontractors during the shop
drawings and material submissions state. Maintained compliance with project IFC and specifications prior to
submittals. Regularly prepared subcontractor progress reports, ensuring projects were on schedule.
* Assisted subcontractors in resolving outstanding design issues across various situations and in
preparing and issuing RFIs.
* Facilitated workshops with consultants’ engineers to resolve issues.

Served as member of Technical Team assigned to the specialized project of Al Ain Hospital, Al Ain City.
Reviewed and analysed design drawings to identify discrepancies and reported differences to the
department head. Managed draftsmen’s general arrangement plans, tiling layouts, and wall elevations.
* Monitored and oversaw on-site work, ensuring designs were adhered to and quality maintained.
* Provided technical information for individual projects to appropriate in-house departments.

Developed designs for project proposals and conceptual design drawings into construction and workshop drawings. Drawings were utilized for building projects on-site. Held responsibility for as-built drawings for existing buildings and performing site surveys.
