Administrative Functions :
*Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
*Manage outsourced functions
*Oversee the operations of the treasury department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objective.
Financial Functions :
*Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company
*Review the performance of competitors and report on key issues to management
*Engage in bench-marking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement
*Interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend improvement activities
*Review company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of company throughput
*Participate in target costing activities to create products that meeting predetermined price goals
*Assist in the determination of product pricing in relation to features offered and competitor pricing
*Compile key business metrics and report on them to management
*Manage the capital budgeting process, based on constraint analysis and discounted cash flow analysis
*Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management.
Fund Management :
*Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment
*Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
*Use hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the interest rates on the company's borrowings, as well as on its foreign exchange positions.
*Maintain banking relationships.
*Assist in determining the company's proper capital structure.
*Arrange for equity and debt financing.
*Invest funds.
*Recommend appropriate dividend issuance, based on historical dividend patterns and expected cash flows.
Budgeting Functions :
*Manage the preparation of the company's budget
*Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances
*Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction.

SUMMARY:
Apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports by compiling information, preparing profit and loss statements, and utilizing appropriate accounting control procedures.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
Analyze and review budgets and expenditures for local, state, federal, and private funding, contracts, and grants.
Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
Resolve accounting discrepancies.
Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.
Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems.
Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.

But as it is in the life for every beginning has the end , I was graduated in the year 1999 , to fulfill my career life with the biggest industrial company in Jordan ,And that through them I learned that the work does not become enjoyable without difficulties and problems ,And that contribute to hone your skills at work , Through which you can gain experience in your career filled which leads us to the speech that says : "When you reach to the highest level of knowledge , just Know that you have just started " .
