• Supervising and ensuring the continuity of updating the process of developing the company's various products.
•Supervising the development of the training plan for employees and ensuring their implementation in coordination with human resources.
• Participate in the organization of agreements or contracts for new investments.
• Proposing external means and methods, including suggesting the use of specialized research houses to carry out some studies and supervise them.
