• Building and maintaining a strong and creative team of graphic designers, UI/UX designers, front end developers, and illustrators to ensure that that the designs meet the company’s language, company profile, and technical standards.
• Supervising, mentoring, and evaluating the staff’s performance and creative output.
• Planning and creating pixel-perfect designs for both web and mobile phone applications.
