Responsible for reviewing the monthly salaries of staff and submit it to the bank
Prepare monthly bank account reconciliations
Draw up monthly banks reports and assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process
Prepare and maintains accounting records which may include general accounting
Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
Prepare of monthly, quarterly and year end closing activities

Job Description:
Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system
Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets
Prepare monthly fluctuation analyses on changes in the fixed assets and accumulated depreciation accounts
Prepare audit schedules and resolve audit issues identified by external auditors
Prepare supporting tax schedules for income and property tax returns and tracking the company's capital expenditure against capital requests
Monitor property and fixed assets regularly, in addition to maintaining records of all previous valuation and fluctuation in prices
Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and posting account transactions
Assist in month end closing and prepare monthly reports
Reports sales taxes by calculating requirements on paid invoices
