• Managing a portfolio of corporate clients and maximizing its profitability in light of the bank’s policies and management lending appetite.
• Conducting financial and credit analysis, assessing clients’ financing needs, and tailoring their cash and none cash facilities according to their credit risk, market variables and the bank’s credit policies.
• Preparing, analyzing and assessing cash flow projections of projects and start ups.
• Conducting marketing visits and preparing comprehensive call memos identifying potential business and cross selling opportunities.
• Dealing with various bank entities (Treasury, International Banking Group, Operations, Branches, etc) to facilitate clients’ banking needs.
• Providing help and guidance to fresh graduates and junior relationship officers.
• Deep understanding of KFH departments business nature and needs (Risk Management and Compliance, Financial Information, Islamic credit deals, CBK Reporting, CI-NET Reporting, Human Resources)
• Conducting business analysis sessions, understanding business needs and conducting Business Requirement Capture and Analysis.
• Writing complete business and user requirements documentations including the use of Business Use Cases (UML).
• Planning and managing annual Information Technology projects to improve KFH's business performance through exploiting IT capability.
• Following up the progress of KFH IT projects and requests for changes with internal KFH - IT departments and external vendors.
• Negotiating and contracting with external IT vendors for KFH IT projects.
• Improving clients’ business results by exploiting IT capability in business operations.
• Conducting Analysis meetings with clients to define business requirements, current system problems and desired goals.
• Conducting Business & System Analysis & System Design for Document Management Solutions, Business Applications, Automated Business Processes, and Work Flow Systems.
• Providing Business Analysis & Technical documentation including current system analysis, business & functional requirements, proposed solution, and system technical & DB design.
• Leading the programming team to ensure solution quality and accuracy.
• Managing a team of 6 software developers and engineers in Kuwait and 10 software developers in the company’s branch in Egypt.
• Conducting Business & System Analysis, System Design & Database Design for Database Applications including (ERP applications, HR, Real Estate Management, School Registration and Management, & Maintenance Systems).
• Providing Technical documentation including system requirements, proposed solution description, functional requirements, system technical design & DB design.
• Creating, Implementing, and following up Project Implementation Plans for the company’s IT Projects.
• Developing and testing FMS (Flight Management System) software parts in (C/C++).
• Implementing and optimizing Module Tests as well as performing SVTP (Software Validation Test Procedures).
