Prepare Summary and detail level schedules using Primavera P6.
Develop full CPM logic generated baseline schedules for projects.
Resource and cost load baseline schedule.
Perform Regular Progress updates and create target comparison and periodic look ahead schedules. Monitor and track progress at detailed and summary level.
Perform Schedule analysis. Prepare Time Impact Analysis and or recovery schedule.
Participate in all project schedule reviews.
Responsible for:
* Prepare Summary and detail level schedules.

Responsible for:
* Supervising Construction works in the following projects:
* "New Faculty of Arts-Mansoura University" with a budgeted total cost (72 Million L.E).
* "Specialized Medical Hospital-Mansoura University" with a budgeted total cost (40 Million L.E)
* Quantity surveying & reviewing monthly receipts of the projects.
* Member of committee for Inspecting the defects & cracks of "Olympic Village Sportive Stadium - Mansoura University" and writing the technical report for it.
