Responsibilities:
Provides support in the effective implementation of MID Office ICT strategies, development of applications, including user support.
Participate in the development and implementation of ICT annual plan and Standard Operating Procedures in ICT services.
Assist in the performance of specific technical functions, including installation of servers and configuration of hardware electronic components and peripherals (disks, memories, network wiring, power sources, etc.) and routine repairs and maintenance of an appropriate suite of Network Information Systems applications (Internet Access, Web, Electronic Mail, Network File and Print Services). Troubleshoot and monitor network problems. Ensure that the office ICT and network resources are protected from malicious virus attacks and deploy countermeasures in the event of the attacks.
Perform needs assessment for new systems and modifications to existing systems including conducting ongoing reviews with users keep abreast of developments in the field and conduct research on new technologies.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of software and hardware, including stock of supplies and spare parts and any other ICT related equipment.
Assist in the preparation of draft ICT operational, technical, hardware, software requirements, specifications and information on best options in both local and international markets for procurement and invitations to tenders. review of quotations and bids.

Managing a team of engineers, technicians, arrange materials, BOQ, review designs, drawings in order to provide Installation, Maintenance, Commissioning, Engineering Support and Training for Telecommunications Networks & Low Current Structured Cabling field Service (Fiber Optic, Cat6, Cat3, PABX, IDF, MDF, Analogue Digital IP Telephone Systems) Passive/Active Components for systems (CCTV Security, IPTV, DSS, Public Address, TCP/IP Networks, Servers, Routers, Firewalls, Wi-Fi Heat maps, Switches Cisco/Hp).
