•Preparing the cash flow analysis periodically and recommending necessary actions (preparing annual cash flows & quarterly cash flows to identify any surplus or deficit in cash position and notify management. Raise any reasonable suggestions to management about how can they solve the deficit issues in cash flows position)
•Preparing feasibility studies for any new project & assisting the technical consultant in evaluation the project
•Coordinating with the auditing company and checking audit reports
•Establish Company relationship with banking and financial institutions.
Negotiating with banks about terms of company loans and repayments schedules. Arrange with banks the required bank facilities for the company's operations &business.
