 Supervise employees to conduct testing and QoS of IT Services .
 Delegate technical direction to outside suppliers, for testing outside with specific engineering objectives
 Create, maintain, perform and upgrade the development and execution of repeatable subsystem and system level tests.
 Develop and maintain test plans, test strategies and test cases while performing all testing activities.
