Implement health, Safety, Environment and Quality policies of the Group in all LUBE activities at all times.
Follow up customers and secure new customers with high margins.
Propose promotional plan for lubricants and special products.
Handle the relationship with lubricants distributors and sub - contractors.
Give technical after sales service to customers (including lube surveys, training sessions, used oil sampling, etc).
Daily monitoring of financial risk.
Manage customer complaints and incidents.
Control customers in different segments (consumers, car dealers, resellers).
Make monthly, quarterly and yearly sales reports.
Stock monitoring and make purchase orders to maintain the stock levels.
Responsible of lubricants sales for VIP Customers & Key accounts.
Branch Supervisor from 2009 until September 2013.
Make Regular Visits to The Customers and build a strong Business Relationship with them.
Achieve Annual Sales Target.
Give a technical support to the customers about the different types of lubricants and their applications in both commercial and industrial sectors.
