Capitalize on data-mining capabilities (SQL, SAS) To extract data from BI difference sources
• Managing CVM Data-mart ensuring the sanity and accuracy of the data
• Responsible for Campaign Operations and monitoring via the execution channels (CMS, outbound, …)
• Applying quarterly CVM quick scans across all revenue’s streams and customer base
• Build and manage strong working relationships with all internal departments, external stakeholders, and entities in order to ensure collaboration on complex or sensitive matters
• Responsible for reporting and fetching accurate data directly from different data sources with deep analysis on the customer base to fulfill all CVM customers' insights requirements
• Managing Ad-hoc data request from other divisions within marketing
- Sales Technical and Simulation Senior ensures that all services and products are fully tested and functional prior to commercial release by planning the testing teamwork, providing technical guidance prior to testing, coordinating efforts across technical and commercial teams and supervising service/product communication materials.
- Sales Technical and Simulation Senior is responsible of ensuring a high-quality technical support service by managing the technical support team and coordinating them with other internal teams, analyzing customer issues to improve the team efficiency and measure and track the technical support performance.
- Initiate, Negotiate, Study, and evaluate projects (product & services) concept papers from other departments.
- Prepare and design the requirements to fulfil the business rules with all concerns within the process time frame.
- Apply effective test meets all business rules on tabs system.
- Sharing the results with all concerns to complete the testing cycle and ensure all project technical sides are completed in an effective communication.
- Clear communication with the Projects owners and all the involved departments on the project updates prior to launch date.
- prepare the announcement that covers all information and technical details and send it to all concerns at the right time.
- Overall review of launched projects performance and gather feedback to ensure the success of the project by required updates/modifications. Enhance Sales/project/services processes to ensure better sales results.
- Continuously increase business /technical knowledge and apply revision on system’s (TABS) technical requirements/modifications/upgrade to ensure best service/package design and efficient business rules.
