Comprehensively searching the entire financial market and finding the most suitable
mortgage products clients wishing to sell their home or remortgage.
Fact finding, researching references and doing to checks to verify a client’s financial
background and circumstances.
Visiting clients at their place of work or their home.
Advising and building strong relations with both new and existing clients.
Tailoring mortgage packages to fit the individual requirements of homebuyers.
Utilizing warm and cold leads and developing them into mortgage sales.
Maintain an excellent knowledge of the company’s mortgage
products, underwriting and affordability requirements. Maintain an
up to date knowledge of all other products and services offered by
the Society, its subsidiary and associated companies.
Increasing overall profitability of the company by meeting and
exceeding sales targets in terms of numbers and volume set by
management
Lead generation, prospecting and lead nurturing to create a pool of
sophisticated and discerning clients
Maintaining and liaising with clients, building key relationships with
clients to warrant return business
CRM and database management in order to create efficiency and
organization in relation to client management
Marketing of available properties and ensuring that advertised details
are correct and able to reach the target market
Coordination on the preparation of legal documents including listings
and sales contracts; ensuring terms and conditions of agreements are
met
Coordinating property closings and overseeing document signings,
preparing monthly reports, analyzing relevant data, and creating
strategies
Studying and obtaining market trends and applying that data to
company structures, plans and pricing
Manage customer complaints and issues in a satisfactory manner
that enables strengthening of relationship and retention of business
Providing support and obtaining training in development and
measurement of online marketing initiatives related to website
optimization, email marketing and social media marketing
Assist with data collection and revenue tracing for all online
initiatives, as well as data analytics
Assist with development of e-marketing campaigns including
copywriting, imagery, promotional channels, segmentation,
targeting, positioning, and pricing
