unpaid invoices from their customers.
à My role was to set up the company’s 1st
IT Department from scratch and to deliver a 1.5 Million Euros digital
transformation program to provide a much higher level of competitivity and business automations.
Responsibilities
• Designed and established the company’s 1st
IT roadmap and 5-year vision
• Defined all the projects and the entire budget ahead of time and validated it accordingly.
• Audited the entire IT & Telco ecosystem and identified key business risks to tackle in priority
• Implemented a custom-made ERP with a high-end API tool to streamline daily data exchange
• Acted as the programme manager, monitoring and supervising resources across the entire PLC
• Gathered and communicated our functional & technical specs for the implementation of Salesforce
• Oversaw the entire implementation and testing, ensuring business continuity across all departments
• Reviewed our outsourcing approach to renegotiate supplier contracts at a strategic partnership level
• Externalised our online payments system, Soft phones, call centre software and our ERP ecosystem
• Revamped the company’s presence online (website, social media, branding…etc.) in line with the 5-year
vision and the company’s culture.
• Monitored and supervised a team of 7 Agile developers in charge of delivering the custom ERP
• Lead the change management by effectively communicating, listening and training key stakeholders

ü Saved 300K€ per year across our outsourcing activities, while streamlining processes and policies
ü Drastically reduced our delivery time (ERP Project) by 30% using standardized sprint processes
ü Brought down the daily IT support calls by 25% thanks to the set-up of a Self-Help library for users
ü Increased systemic resilience and established a strong contingency solution in less than 3 months

One-Desk European Migration
Responsibilities
• Planned, budgeted & implemented 2 large projects from A to Z for several countries (EU, US, Asia)
• Managed a 1 Million € budget by monitoring, optimising various costs and re-allocating resources
• Led a multi-cultural team (local and international) allocated to multi-site projects (37 countries)
• Anticipated project risks and resolved unforeseen technical issues to guarantee project continuity
• Merged and migrated 28 IT Helpdesks into a 1 centralised European IT Helpdesk (Single Point)
• Created and standardised IT support templates with ServiceNow, and Implemented a 24/7 IT helpdesk in 3
different languages (French, Spanish & English)
• Established predictive maintenance policies (VM servers) to reduce incidents for 28, 000 users
• Revamped the entire suppliers’ landscape by removing and selecting only 10 strategic partners
• Implemented various project methodologies PMP, Agile and Prince 2, in line with project needs.
• Generated detailed weekly progress reports and forecast to the board and key stakeholders.
Achievements
ü Successfully rescued the One-Desk project, after 3 unsuccessful attempts were made before me.
ü Delivered the One-Desk project 20% ahead of time by revamping projects processes in line with PMP
methodologies and implementing Agile sprints - also generating a 20% overall cost saving
ü Delivered the global SCCM deployment 100% on-time and on budget
ü Generated a return of investment of 750K€ for the One-Desk project by centralising the IT support for all
European based country.
ü Found out-of-the-box solutions to integrate diverse technical environments (37 countries)
ü Implemented a global 24h security patch deployment standard (instead of several months)
ü Reduced the IT ticket numbers by 40% by creating a self-healing IT tools

Jaguar Land rover Coventry - UK
à After joining the company as a business analyst, I was quickly promoted to a project manager role in charge of
implementing SAP FI-CO and building a large data lake interfacing 26 different software.
Responsibilities
• Rolled out our SAP FI-CO solution across several countries: UK, Europe (12 countries), and China
• Singlehandedly acted as a cutover / transition manager for over 10 international projects (ERP, Data Lake…)
• Supervised teams of up to 25 people (technical and functional)
• Translated every functional requirement into technical and functional specifications.
• Delivered every project in strict adherence with Waterfall, Prince 2 and Agile methodologies
• Created and validated the business process map (AS-IS & TO-BE).
• Played a key role in helping the business select the right support SLAs (Service Level Agreement)
• Provided risk & impact analysis (delays, budget, resources) and carefully monitored quality assurance.

ü Having initially been hired for a 3-month contract, I was extended 12 times
ü Delivered around 10 projects 100% on-time and on-budget, using mainly Prince2 methodology
ü Generated over 250K£ (325K€) of cost savings on average across all my projects
ü Reduced projects’ timeframe by 15%, after revamping various delivery processes

• Enhanced the cutover (transition to run) phase by helping stakeholders select an optimal SLA contract.
• Provided weekly reports to senior Management to improve visibility on workflow and IT investments

ü Launched around 43 projects (recognized as top performer in the BRM team)
ü Increased our demand validation rate by 40% through a revamp of the entire process of the BRM team
ü Generated a substantial return on investment over 40 projects (over 2 million £)
ü Introduced a much higher level of visibility for future IT investments and better planning for the business
ü Delivered 5 strategic plans and roadmaps for different engineering department (electrical, chassis…etc.)
