1. Drafting, preparation and production of internal and external correspondences, spreadsheets and other business reports from rough drafts or self-imitating typing and editing of forms and official documents.
2. Keep up the meeting schedule and notify the concern person. Coordinate and Schedule meetings. Meeting minutes documentation
3. Attend telephone calls and organize office events. Answering calls and forwarding to right person.
4. Maintain proper filing system and handle document-filing etc.
5. Filing and retrieving documents in both paper and on-line form.
6. Store all information electronically
7. Distribute complete profiles electronically to relevant parties.
8. Develop summary reports of pending, completed, or canceled tasks
9. To arrange travel & hotel reservations for line manager.

I used to work as a Executive Assistant for the chairman i used to handle his contracts and meetings and i used to attend some meeting for tenders i also handled a project the company used to work in " Al Khiaran perals city " and i left the company for an accident i made in the project site which stoped me from working in the project
I was as a sales officer i was a showroom in charge and then i handled the shownet internet solution i was the in charge of it
i was working in plattinum international as independent agent i was handling the sales of the company in Kuwait i left the job because the mother company is in Bahrain and i had to go and get my job there but i had a visa problem which could not make me go to Bahrain
