Lead, organize and control maintenance activities of the company _ Plan, lead, organize and control maintenance of grounds, buildings
& equipment and operation of general utilities for maximum efficiency at minimum cost in accordance with corporate division policies
and health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage maintenance activities of grounds, building and all plant equipment.
• Manage operation of utilities, powerhouse, electrical power, water treatment, heating, ventilation and air conditioning.
• Coordinate planning and scheduling of personnel in accordance with work orders and other necessary assignments.
• Utilize (interview, train, motivate, direct, etc.) personnel to their maximum potential with regard to their personal well-being
(job satisfaction, safety, morale, etc.)
• Interface with maintenance staff and other departments on schedules, problems and other maintenance matters
• Monitor and control inventory and ordering of parts, tools and other operating and maintenance supplies
• Utilize Maintenance Software to manage/reduce maintenance costs.
• Review personnel problems and recommend corrective action to plant and division management.
Coordinate and update training program for mechanics, electricians and machinists.
• Supervise maintenance engineering, special maintenance problems and special technical problems.
• Coordinate (initiate, estimate, design, etc.) miscellaneous minor property projects and construction contracts for plant.
• Maintain utilities operations and maintenance activities in accordance with corporate policies and health, safety and
environmental regulations; resolve inter-department conflicts over personnel scheduling and other necessary assignments.
• Review personnel problems and recommend corrective action to plant and division management.
• Maintain contact as necessary with internal and external customers including but not limited to: Operations manager, Technical
Providing Technical support to the all company Assets to ensure Asset Integrity and flawless service of HVAC systems.
• Design review of shop drawings, materials submittals, and HVAC packages. Expectation is to provide multidiscipline and
systemic HVAC expertise to manage life cycle of HVAC systems.
• Capable of doing all necessary calculations and assessments for different HVAC systems.
• Managing the end-to-end engineering solutions related to the HVAC aspects.
• Attend all design meetings and technical workshops.
• Ensuring that the designs and project drawings meet the local regulations and international standards, and safety codes.
