Lead a team of Station Agents, Customer Service Agents to deliver a safe, reliable, world class and customer focused station and car park services
* Undertake a comprehensive checking to the following: all staff are smartly presented, well groomed, fit to work and fully briefed prior to the start of shift;

* Handle train emergencies such as activation of emergency brake button, platform emergency train stop button, and emergency door lever, removing sick passengers from the train, Platform screen door faults and failures. Manually operating platform screen door.
