Lead a team of Station Agents, Customer Service Agents to deliver a safe, reliable, world class and customer focused station and car park services
* Undertake a comprehensive checking to the following: all staff are smartly presented, well groomed, fit to work and fully briefed prior to the start of shift;
* Supervise station agents, guide and give proper training, assist with customer service needs, conduct appraisals, give feedback, motivate and support.
* Handle passenger complaints, Assist and guide passengers for a safe and pleasant journey as per Dubai Metro Customer service standards.
* Crowd Control during train disruptions, Special Events (such as New Year’s Eve, Eid Festivals, Exhibitions etc.)
* Emergency Evacuation of passengers from trains and stations in case of Fire, Chemical and Bomb attacks, flooding’s, Technical Faults in train operations, Power Failures Etc.
* Safety Critical Communications using Tetra Radio with station staff and Operation Control Center.
* Deliver essential messages to passenger via audio or visual means in a timely and proactive manner to avoid confusion, frustration and anger.
* Handle station emergencies such as fire alarm activation, Station power failure, water leakages, AFC gate failures, passengers trap inside the lift, Ticket Office machine failures, sick passengers, unauthorized people in the track side, suspicious items left by passengers.
* Handle train emergencies such as activation of emergency brake button, platform emergency train stop button, and emergency door lever, removing sick passengers from the train, Platform screen door faults and failures. Manually operating platform screen door.
Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.
Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.
Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment; delivers automobile.
Provides sales management information by completing reports.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in person.
Arranging test-drives and accompanying customers on these tests.
Negotiating the final price for the sale.
Selling accessories or other services once a vehicle has been chosen.
Completing the paperwork for each sale.
Liaising with the service team to ensure sold cars are prepped to a high standard and are ready for delivery within the agreed timescale.
