• Prepare purchase orders for branch supplies and financial advances.
• Prepare quotations for required items such as stationery and fuel for branch vehicles.
• Provide all necessary documents for purchase orders and direct them to the procurement and maintenance department to obtain the necessary approvals from the relevant departments and coordinate with the concerned sections to ensure the timely arrival of supplies
• Receipt of cheques, cash and transfers from various customers, including organizations and charities to deposit in their current accounts, verify the amounts of remittances, check cheques for endorsement and enter transactions into bank records through the bank's system
• Exchange cheques when verifying signatures and client's account balances. Inspect all information on remittances and checks to ensure that banking operations proceed properly.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for employees and register all banking transactions that took place during the month
• Preparation of the branch's bank account reconciliation file.
