Provide critical support for smooth functioning and implementation of physical and digital record management systems; responsible
for collecting, cataloging, indexing, storing and retrieving QF communication records in-line with established guidelines and norms
for record management.
Organize event documentation, review vendor documents, maintain communication with vendors through lifecycle of each event.
Continuously builds partnerships as a daily task, networks and maintains these relationships closely. Maintains collaborative
communication and coordination with Department Colleagues, various QF Centers and Headquarters, contractors and sub-
contractors.
Preserve, document, catalog and create accessibility of assets in a centralized assets management repository so as to assist in the
operations of the assets management of Communications.
Researches information to support historical events classifies and archives this data so as to maintain a mainframe database for all
QF life histories.
Establish systems and standards for collection, cataloguing, archiving and retrieval of physical and digital communication records
taking inputs from department managers.
Support Documentary and Archiving specialist in regularly maintaining and updating archival tracker.
Monitor and review the delivery of communication record management services to centres complying with agreed timelines and
SLAs, ensure timely reporting of record management services performance to Documentary Specialist for Quarterly shared services
review report.
Receive request for archiving and documentation; verify relevant details in request form based on the record management policy
and guidelines.
Ensure creation of digital copy of records, file and catalogue the records as per approved norms, maintain an indexing system.
