As an Assistant Resident Engineer, March 2010 - January 2016 Responsible for all inspections related to civil, structural and architectural works. Review contractor's submittal such as shop drawings, as-built drawings, work methods of statement, material transmittals, Inspection and Testing Plans (ITP), and other related documents, in line with job scope. Attend and finalize mock-up’s comments conducted on site. Prepare reports (daily, weekly and monthly), check and verify works carried out by the contractor are implemented in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. Issue Surveillance Deficiency Reports (SDR) as well as Non- Conformance Reports (NCN) as when required.
As a Senior Site Engineer, April 2006 - March 2010
Responsible for day to day inspection covering works of civil, structural, architectural, and landscape. Review contractor’s submittal such as shop drawings, as-built drawings, method statements, and material transmittals. Monitor work progress and prepare reports. Issue, monitor and close out all surveillance deficiency reports and non-conformance reports. Prepare and monitor snags list until they are closed out.
