PUBLIC RELATION OFFICER

Successfully manage public relation team, transportation and directly link with HR department/ administration team. Proactively facilitate different departments for any Authorities related issues; establish overall PR plan by defining goals, strategies and tactics. Formulate and arrange documents required for work permit application as well as draft documents for visa application after receiving work permits. Process all requests at Immigration and Labour DEPT; submit visas at airport and meeting new arrival employees as required. Organise all visa, work permits, medical tests and renewals issues for all new and existing staff. Control all employee induction and joining formalities and coordinate all visa applications in liaison with the PRO, collation of all documents, labour card processing, salary certificates.

Key Accomplishments:

•Accurately retained correspondences with governmental entities and different Embassies; directly contacted with ministry of labour to facilitate and solve all company issues. Facilitated PR officers to achieve department goals and professionally trained, educated and mentored the new PR Staff on the department operations according to company.
•Completed procedures for visas of other countries at Different Embassies, authentication of certificates in Embassies and Foreign Affairs DEPT moreover dealt with legal Translation Centres by establishing good relationships. Offered support to HR Manager in all ad hoc duties, managed Wage Protection System and ensured compliance to labour laws.
