Worked as a QA Lead with IBS, has a proven track record of strategic QA vision and quick delivery. • Maintaining standards for testing software including identifying testing resources and scheduling & planning testing activities.

• Communicating with Project Managers, Systems Architects, Systems Analyst, DBA's and Software Engineers to gather requirements for testing and developing estimates for testing execution.

• Creating test data, developing and executing test cases for System Integration, Regression, and User Acceptance testing.

• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools i.e. Microsoft Project

• Directing and checking the work of less experienced QA testers. Mentoring and training junior staff members to develop their skills.
o Managed multiple implementation projects with competing priorities and similar requirements at various stages
o Part of the ERP implementation team, which carried out the implementation of ERP solutions (which includes all major components such as HR, Accounting, Operations, Inventory) for one of the major client SABA clinics on their six sites
o Deal directly with clients in gathering requirements for changes in business needs, processes and technology
o Define logical data models, physical data models, and work flow diagrams on Microsoft visio for development team
o Analyze software problems, data issues, and workflows and recommend solutions
o Responsible for handle the critical calls and provide online technical support to the users
o Generated reports for management on a weekly and monthly basis which includes resource usage, performance and logs.
o Support and manage for share point application
o Installation of our Client Software’s at different places / locations to interact with our server. Provides technical expertise in respect of applications maintenance and standard desktop software to application users.
o Part of the Oracle team, which carried out the implementation of Oracle e-business suite in the company
o Responsible for dealing directly with the users, creating the scope of work and identifying their requirements, and also making sure that this ERP fulfil all the requirements.
