Capture, analyze & document business requirements. Liaise with clients, stakeholders & developers to get alignment on project deliverables & timelines. Currently working on requirements for ecommerce and HR systems.
Analyse & document as-is & to-be business process by conducting in person sessions with stakeholders across the different verticals of the group. Highlight gaps to solutions & processes.
Use BPMN 2.0 to document detailed process flows that cover both business and technical processes.
Present processes flow to stakeholders for the purpose of garnering an understanding of current as well as to-be processes. Analyse and incorporate feedback to the process.
Prepare, present recommended changes to business processes to achieve desired outcomes.
Capture & analyze change requests that are initiated by both business & I.T teams. Critically assess these change requests with the purpose of not only documenting them but to highlight any flaws and risks.
Prepare RFP documents for approved initiatives. Conduct solution discovery sessions with vendors.
Analyse vendor proposals and present pros and cons from both a technical and commercial perspective.
Participate in UAT sessions with the purpose of addressing business queries and concerns.
Obtain signoff on business requirement documents and change requests from relevant stakeholders.
Use JIRA to create change requests and monitor their progress throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Worked as the B.A on on-boarding a LVMH brand to Chalhoub. The project involved customizing Oracle interfaces with SAP, the ERP system used by LVMH group. It also involved implementing business requirements on Oracle EBS OM.
• I was the B.A for the b8ta showroom that opened at Dubai mall. The project involved the implementation of Oracle XStore as well as integration points between Oracle XStore, Oracle RMS, SIM & Oracle EBS finance as well as API's between Oracle SIM & Xstore to b8ta online marketplace through enterprise service bus
• Liaised with external partners such as PCIS, the I.T department of LVMH based in France, on designing & implementing requirements related to the interfaces between Oracle & SAP. Participate in meetings with the team to ensure solution requirements are understood, documented, tested & implemented.
• Prepare test cases & execute test scripts. Conduct SIT & UAT as well as training sessions.
• Prepare SQL scripts for data analysis, update & upload. Use SQL to prepare reports of varying degrees of complexity.

• Developed an inventory management system for a Dubai based client, Baqaa Events. The client required the application to record all inventory movement and maintain inventory figures. The application used Excel 2017 as the front end and Access 2017 as the database. VBA code was used.
• From requirement analysis to training, testing and roll-out the process was documented.
• Worked on ecommerce project with a friend for a Dubai based client. The project included the customization of a Shopify theme based on the requirements of the client.
• Customized liquid code, code used on Shopify websites, whenever required.
